Snooker Interest Group |
|
Snooker Interest Group, formed in July 2013, now has 153 members. It organizes a series of training courses coached by qualified instructors for players of different levels. Its representative team also took part in inter-professional competition. Last year, they came second in the Recreation and Sports Club for Hong Kong Professional Bodies Snooker Tournament.

Tennis training course |
|
The elementary tennis training course, which comprises of four 2-hour sessions, will commence on 17 June. Experienced coach will provide a structural training for beginners to learn basic skills. |

Outlying islands adventure |

Come join the one-day adventure sailing tour on 21 June to experience sailing on a private boat while enjoying the beauty and serenity of Hong Kong's natural landscape at Po Toi Island. |

Last chance to enrol in the inaugural Snooker League commencing on 22 June. It is a mixed league where female and male will have a chance to compete with each other. |

Bowling summer league |
Form your own team or join individually to compete in the upcoming bowling summer league, which lasts 12 weeks from June to September at South China Athletic Association. |

Mini bridge tournament |
Join the second mini bridge tournament of the 2014 season on 28 June to compete for the Bridge Interest Group Trophy. |

|
|
Dance class in May and June |
In July, Waltz and Jive will be taught on Thursdays, while Jazz Funk and Jazz will be on Fridays and Saturdays respectively. Come join the classes to keep a balanced lifestyle and make new friends. |

|
Football team recruitment |
The Football Interest Group is recruiting members to form two teams to participate in the 11-a-side league between August 2014 and July 2015. If you are a football enthusiast and have a strong sense of team spirit, join our teams by 30 May. |

|
Priority entry for the Standard Chartered Marathon 2015 |
As the Institute is one of the affiliated clubs of the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association, you will have priority in entering the challenge race category (10km, half and full marathon) of the 2015 Standard Chartered Marathon if you apply to be a HKAAA registered athlete by 31 July. CPA badminton championship |
|
About 40 members participated in the CPA badminton championship on 25 May. Congratulations to Jenny Chan, Dennis Hui, Maggie Law, Samuel Li, Eric Man and T.W. Yap who won the championship in various categories. Click to see results and photos. |

ABC Waglan Series |
|
Congratulations to the Institute's sailing team who clinched the championship in the HKPN Division A of the Waglan Series. The competition, organized annually by the Aberdeen Boat Club, consists of 10 races from September to April with more than 20 participating teams. Our representative team is the first Chinese team to win the championship in this top-tier division since the series started in 2008. Golf day at Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course |
|
More than 20 members and guests participated in the game on 26 May at the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course. This was the last golf event of Golf Interest Group in the current season before the summer break. |

Yachting courses |

Ten members completed the one-day sailing introductory course on 24 May to get a taste of yachting. Some of them will continue their competent crew training between June and August. Click to see photos. |

Calligraphy class |
Calligraphy class on Xing Shu (行書 - 蘭亭序), which comprises 15 lessons on Saturday afteroon, will commence on 28 June. Join now to learn this Chinese traditional art from the famous calligrapher Lau Choi-cheong (劉才昌). |

RSCP annual dinner |
Come join the annual party of the Recreation and Sports Club for Hong Kong Professional Bodies, themed "舞林大會之上海灘", on 13 June at the Grand Stage in Western Market, Sheung Wan at HK$370 per person. Official guests include our President Clement Chan, RSCP Patron Carlson Tong and guests Kenneth Fok Kai-kong and past Olympic diving champion Guo Jing-jing.
