Mentorship Programme launched to support young members |

The new Mentorship Programme offers aspiring members the opportunities to learn from experienced members, and supports their individual and career growth through a "personalized" plan. Members are welcome to join as mentees or mentors through online registration by 31 Dec. |

Institute's Oxfam Trailwalker |
Six Institute teams led by Percy Poon, Henry Shum, Vincent Tai, Tong Yat-wah, Edwin Yeung and Francis Yuen have set a target to finish 100km between 22 to 32 hours in this year's Oxfam Trailwalker on 14-15 Nov. It is a very tough physical challenge and we encourage you to sponsor the teams (0067, 0068, 0069, 0151, 5028 and 5029) by making a donation to Oxfam. |

Race watching cruise |
Come cheer for our sailing teams at the Around the Island Race on 16 Nov. by joining the race watching cruise. Don’t miss this opportunity to watch on board the annual biggest regatta in Hong Kong with over 200 boats participating. An after event dinner has also been arranged for members who are interested to mingle with the team members.

Dance events |
|
Dance demonstration, performance, competition and group dancing are the highlights of the dance fun night on 22 Nov. Friends and family are also welcome. President and Council members will be there to support the event. |

As the dance fun night will be held in November, there will be no regular dance dinner in this month. Stay tuned for details of the December dinner. |
|
Rumba (elementary I) and Tango (elementary II) will be taught on Thursdays in late November, while Jazz Funk and Jazz will be on Fridays and Saturdays respectively in early December. Line dance will be held on Tuesdays, starting on 25 Nov. |

Calligraphy class |
The elementary calligraphy class on Cao Shu (草書), which comprises 15 lessons on Saturday afternoon, will commence on 15 Nov. Join now to learn this Chinese traditional art from the famous calligrapher Lau Choi-cheong (劉才昌). |

Tennis training course |
Come join the elementary tennis training course which will commence in late November subject to venue availability. It comprises four 2-hour sessions on Tuesday evenings. Experienced coach will provide a structural training for beginners. |

Talk by an adventurous accountant |
Speaker Humphrey Wilson, a chartered accountant from U.K., will share his epic cycling adventure – a 9-month journey from London to Hong Kong, including the thrill, challenge and satisfaction of long-distance cycling at the talk on 15 Dec. |
