The swimming classes for different levels of swimmers will take place at Morrison Hill and Victoria Park Swimming Pools between March and May. The weekly practice will help improve your swimming technique for open competitions or simply for pleasure.

In March, Jive (elementary I) and Waltz (elementary II) will be taught on Thursdays, while Jazz Funk and Jazz will continue on Fridays and Saturdays respectively. Come join and explore the fun of dancing.

The keel boat sailing day will take place on 8 and 21 March at Aberdeen Boat Club.

If you wish to challenge mountain running, come join the 2-month trail running classes starting in March or April.

Join the first mini bridge tournament of the 2015 season on 14 March if you are interested in this popular mind game.

The Institute is recruiting dragon boat team members for the 2015 race season. Members with no experience are also welcome subject to participation in a 2-session training course in March. Interested members who do not intend to join the team are also invited to join the training course.

Submit your Standard Chartered marathon result for CPA marathon competition by 16 March if you have yet to do so. CPA marathon trophies (for members) and SRC marathon trophies (for QP graduates and students) will be presented to outstanding runners at the post-marathon drink. Join the bowl-for-fun day  on 21 March at the South China Athletic Association where our bowling team will provide you some basic coaching if you wish to pick up this sport. Experienced bowlers are also welcome to join to prepare for the graded bowling competition.

Sign up for the golf day at SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course on 21 March. This course is intended for both beginner and intermediate players.

Our representative team comprising Pearl Chau, Terry Chiu, Simon Leung and Edwin Yeung, won the championship of the accountancy category of Oxfam Trailwalker 2014 after completing the 100km race in 19 hours 36 minutes. The team received the award on 13 Feb. Click to see photos.

The elementary calligraphy class on Kai Shu (楷書), comprising 12 lessons on Thursday evenings and taught by famous calligrapher Lau Choi-cheong (劉才昌), will commence on 5 March.

The elementary tennis training course, contains four 2-hour sessions and will start in April, subject to venue availability. Experienced coach will provide a structural training for beginners. Enrol now to explore the fun of this popular sport.
