Spring cocktail

Breakthrough tax rules

The seminar on 13 April will provide an update on the breakthrough Chinese tax rules on offshore indirect equity transfer and how to assess reasonable commercial purpose under the SAT's public notice 7. +


New TUE sessions

"Does environmental, social and governance reporting affect the value of the company?" will be held on 5 May while "Guardian role of professionals in upholding ethical governance" will be on 22 June. +

Annual corporate and regulatory updates

Get updates from the Companies Registry, HKEx, Hong Kong Monetary Authority and SFC at the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries' annual corporate and regulatory update conference on 3 June.

Photography events
If you want to hone your skills in travel photography by using mirrorless camera or smartphone, you should enrol in the photography gatherings in April and May.

Photography sharing sessions held between May and June will cover studio flash portrait for products, light painting, man and baby and pre-wedding portraits and photography with kung fu fighters and dancers.


Calligraphy class
Famous calligrapher Lau Choi-cheong (劉才昌) will teach you Wang Xizhi's (王羲之) Xing Shu (行書) and Cao Shu (草書) at the calligraphy class starting on 18 April.

Sports winners
