IRD Deputy Commissioner will talk about this at the Taxation Faculty seminar on 27 April.


Valuation in disputes

The Forensic Interest Group seminar on 23 April will explain the valuation concepts, main valuation approaches and applications.

The series held between May and June will cover two case studies workshops on commercial lending and application of interest rate derivatives. +


Success factors for business

Enrol in the seminar on 4 May to learn more about critical success factors for decision making and tools for planning and budgetary control. +


Doing business with French companies: tax tips and pitfalls

Come join the seminar on 12 May to learn more about the French corporate tax system and tax issues and pitfalls when investing in France or advising French-related companies in Hong Kong. +

Support Yuen Long District students

Employers are encouraged to offer work opportunities to Yuen Long District secondary school students for two weeks starting from mid-July through the Hong Kong Coalition of Professional Services internship programme to widen their horizon. Submit your reply by 4 May.

 
Badminton fun night
Come play with Institute team at the badminton fun night on 15 May at Smithfield Sports Centre. An experienced coach will provide basic training.

Tennis training
The tennis course starting in early June will provide a structural training for beginners.

Don't miss the singing technique class starting in May to sharpen your vocal skills.

RSCP annual dinner
Come join the RSCP annual dinner on 23 May at The Grand Stage to mingle with members of other professional bodies. It will be held in conjunction with the RSCP singing contest, so you can also cheer for our CPA singers. Guest judges include veteran composer, Michael Lai and pop singer, Alfred Hui.

CPA bridge tournament
Sign up for the CPA bridge tournament on 23 May to compete in this tactful card game.

Snooker events
Come to the snooker fun day on 16 May to explore the fun of this cue sport. There will be trick shot demonstration and tips from experienced players.

The snooker training courses will start on 17 May where beginner and intermediate classes are available.


Trail walking practices
A series of trailwalker practices will take place in April and May for you to train up for the Oxfam Trailwalker in November.
