  Latest policy changes of HKEX  

Enrol in the seminar on 23 May to learn more about the latest policy changes of the HKEX under cash company rules, requirements in relation to issuance of convertible preference shares under the Listing Rules, and other issues. +

     

China's new Cyber Security Law
The Forensics Interest Group seminar on 11 May will give you an overview of the China's new Cyber Security Law, which will be effective from 1 June this year, and how it will affect the profession, in particular forensic accountants.

Tax implications of Brexit
The Taxation Faculty seminar on 4 May will discuss significant areas of Brexit that could affect daily business operations of investors in U.K. and Europe, including movement of people, value-added tax, customs duties, as well as tax treaties and directives.

Getting prepared for PRC exam
The 2017 PRC CPA Uniform Examination is open for enrolment until 28 April. Study materials for the exam are available for order until 17 May.

Come to the seminar on 5 May to learn more about the associated risks in establishing credit control measures when trading with Chinese companies. +
Take an e-learning course together with the follow-up face-to-face seminar on 10 May to gain an in-depth knowledge about dealing with the HKEX and SFC. +
