  Knowledge sharing with NGOs  
Nearly 60 NGO board members and executives attended a "CPAs for NGOs" workshop on 25 May to learn the laws, financial reporting standards, and practical tips for preparing financial statements and annual reports to enhance information disclosure and communications with stakeholders. Our accountant ambassadors also joined in the small group discussions to share their expertise with NGOs.

Receiving Ministry of Finance delegation

A delegation led by Wang Peng, Vice Director General of the MOF Accounting Department (財政部會計司王鵬副司長), visited the Institute on 23 May to exchange views with the leadership team on current issues affecting the profession. Click to see photos.

 

Becoming an insolvency specialist

The Specialist Designation in Insolvency is open to members with considerable experience and competencies in insolvency practice, and who have gained the SQ (Insolvency). The current round of applications will close on 7 Aug.


Updated PRC advertising law
The compliance series seminar on 21 June will focus on the updated PRC advertising law, frequently violated rules, related law enforcement regimes, and basic skills necessary to respond to enforcement actions. +
