National Day Celebration Dinner

The 68th National Day Celebration Dinner for the accounting profession will take place on 20 Sept. at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Members are welcome to reserve a seat or table, become a sponsor, subscribe to the compliment listings in newspaper supplements, and donate lucky draw prizes.

Save the date – Tuesday, 5 Dec. – for the Institute's Annual Dinner celebration at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Stay tuned for more details.

 
  Upcoming events
 

CPA Music Night

The popular annual music spectacle is back. Sign up for the CPA Music Night on 2 Sept. at Sheung Wan Civic Centre. Solo and group performances are welcome, and free audience tickets are also available. Click to register as a performer or as part of the audience.

Dance events

Elementary level Cha Cha Cha and Rumba classes will both begin on 10 Aug. in Wanchai.
Beginners Jazz will continue on 26 Aug. in Mongkok.
The monthly dance dinner will be held on 25 Aug. at 百樂會 in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Tennis training

Sign up now for the 4-session elementary and intermediate tennis courses where experienced coaches will provide structural training and basic skills. Both courses will commence in mid September, subject to venue availability.

RSCP basketball competition

Congratulations to the Institute's team for clinching its 5th consecutive championship at the RSCP basketball competition which concluded on 25 June. Member Kurkye Wong was awarded both Most Valuable Player and Steal Leader, and Foreky Wong was the winner of the 3-point shoot out game. Click to see photos.


Joint professional networking party

Over 310 young members from 10 professional bodies took part in the "Jungle of Parties" joint networking party on 30 June. Click to see photos.


Badminton competition in Guangzhou

Congratulations to the Institute's badminton team for placing the second at the Integrity Cup Badminton Competition "誠信杯" 羽毛球賽 held in Guangzhou on 22-23 July. The team competed with 30 other teams from across the Guangdong province, Macau and Hong Kong. Click to see photos.

Merry Monday – smart tips for eating out

Eating out shouldn't be seen as an excuse to eat unhealthy foods. Join the Merry Monday on 7 Aug. where registered dietician Denise Luk will share tips on how to make healthier choices, and to enjoy a relaxing evening with fellow members.

Whiskey workshop

Introduce your palate to different whiskey pairings with chocolate at the whiskey workshop, jointly organized with HKGCC, for young members on 15 Aug.
