Tribute to CPA runners

Around 440 CPA runners participated in the Standard Chartered Marathon on 21 Jan. Members of the leadership team and past presidents ran in the 10km race of the Corporate Challenge Chairman Cup, and 12 elite CPA runners participated in the Corporate Challenge Marathon Cup in all three race categories. CPA runners from all race categories are welcome to attend the post-marathon drinks in March where trophies will be presented to those with outstanding results. Submit your official time and stay tuned for event details.

Bowling training courses

Enrol in the training courses starting on 3 Mar at the South China Athletic Association Bowling Centre to improve your bowling technique.

 


Jazz class

Beginners jazz class will continue on 10 Feb in Mongkok.

 

 


Snooker training courses

Pick up a new hobby or brush up your skills at the weekly snooker training courses beginning on 25 Feb. Beginner and intermediate sessions are available.



Tennis training courses

Come join the tennis training courses starting in late February and learn from a professional coach. Elementary and intermediate sessions are available.



Play with a golf professional

Sharpen your golf skills at the "play with a golf professional" day on 17 Mar at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course.



3-on-3 basketball competition

Form a team and join the 3-on-3 basketball competition on 4 Mar and enjoy the challenge of this fast-paced game.

 


Dragon boat team recruitment

Dragon Boat Interest Group is recruiting team members for the 2018 season. Practice sessions will begin on 25 Feb for all to join, new and experienced paddlers. Sign up by 20 Feb. Click here for details.

CPA golf team recruitment

Put forward your name if you are interested in representing the Institute at the RSCP golf tournament on 28 March at the Hong Kong Golf Club. The internal selection process will base on members' handicap and past competition records.
 
  Competitions and Awards
 

CPA football competition

The CPA football competition concluded on 21 Jan. Thanks to all 21 teams who competed this year. EY won the competition by beating HLB 3:2. Lam Kai Wa of EY took home the medal for "speedy scorer." Click to see results and photos.


Ngong Ping Charity Walk 2018

Thanks to all eight members from the two teams who represented the Institute at the Ngong Ping Charity Walk on 14 Jan. The 20km corporate charity team of Jeremy Chiu, Juni Ngai, Fong Wai Ching, Edwin Yeung, finished in second place and the 29km corporate charity team of Yiu To Wa, Tse Mei Ling, Alfred Louie, Leo Tang, finished third.
