News highlights

	Standard Chartered Marathon runner's pack
		If you have registered with the Institute as a CPA runner of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2019, please collect your runner's pack from the Institute (not Victoria Park) from 13 to 16 Feb. For those who have opted for courier service, your runner's pack will be delivered to your office between 13 and 15 Feb.
		Please visit us at the Causeway Bay Sports Ground next to the Hong Kong Central Library after your race on 17 Feb. The Institute's marquee will begin serving members at the earliest possible time from 6:00 am, providing storage service, refreshments, group photos and physiotherapy treatment. More details soon!

Fitness and stretching classes

Join the fitness and stretching training classes from Feb to Mar to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Singing technique classes

Enrol in the singing technique classes starting in Feb to improve your vocal techniques for singing pop songs. Join a class that suits your level. The stage performance technique class is also available to build your confidence on stage.

Sailing course

Enrol in the two-day keelboat sailing course in Feb and Mar to explore the exciting world of sailing.

Bridge events
	The bridge gathering on 15 Feb is now open for enrolment. Furnish your skills by joining this practice session.
	Polish your bridge playing skills by enroling in the training course beginning on 23 Feb.
	Sign up for 2019's first mini bridge tournament on 2 Mar to gain tournament experience.

Snooker training courses

Enrol in the 4-sesson beginner or intermediate snooker training course starting on 17 Feb to brush up your snooker skills or pick up a new hobby.

Dance events

Enrol in the elementary level samba and intermediate level jive classes starting on 21 Feb in North Point, and beginners jazz classes on 23 Feb in Mongkok.

Dance and dine at the monthly dance dinner on 22 Feb at 百樂會 in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Golf events
	Golf day Join the golf days and tee off with your fellow members at Phoenix Hill Golf Club in Dongguan on 23 Feb and at Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course on 11 March.
	RSCP golf tournament Put forward your name if you are interested in representing the Institute at the RSCP golf tournament on 13 Mar at The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club Hong Kong. The internal selection process is based on members' handicap and past competition records, among other things.

3-on-3 basketball competition

Form a team to join the 3-on-3 basketball competition on 2 Mar. Both male and female players are welcome.

Dragon boat team recruitment

The Dragon Boat Interest Group is recruiting members for the 2019 season. Novice and experienced paddlers are welcome to join. Sign up by 22 Feb, practice sessions will begin on 3 Mar. Click here for details.

CPA table tennis competition

Congratulations to the 2018 CPA table tennis competition winners Dacky Leung (men's singles), Daphne Chan (women's singles), Kelvin Lam and Richard Leung (men's doubles), and Pauline Cheung and Johnny Choi (mixed doubles). Click to see results and photos.

CPA football competition

The CPA football competition concluded on 20 Jan with 19 teams participating in the tournament in the final. BCJ won the competition by beating RSM Hong Kong 3:0. Lam Kam Fung, Deep from team Grant Thornton took home the medal for "speedy scorer". Click to see results and photos.

	Ngong Ping Charity Walk 2019
	A big thank you to the eight members who represented the Institute at the Ngong Ping Charity Walk on 20 Jan. The 20 km corporate charity team of Edwin Yeung, Ellen Cheng, Bryan Lee and Ronald Wong has won the Champion, while the 29 km corporate charity team of Juni Ngai, Jeremy Chiu, Allan Lee and Wallace Wong, finished third.
