A complete new set of Auditing Standards will soon come into force, and to help you prepare for the changes, the Institute is offering The Annual Update Conference ¡V Auditing on 23 April 2005. The Conference will give you an overview of these new standards, including:

Information Technology Risk Management - Reminder

The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, in collaboration with Hewlett Packard and HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education, is offering its fifth Executive Programme on Information Technology Risk Management during May and July 2005.

This course is registered under the Continuing Education Fund and eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80 percent of their fees, up to a maximum of HK$10,000. Register now to secure a seat!


Time for Basketball

The Institute's annual basketball competition will be held in May and June. Each year, CPA practices, members and their friends, and registered students form teams to take part in the competition. Matches held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The enrolment closing date is 13 April 2005 . For more details, please check out the circular, entry form and notes on enrolment .
