oday, the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs offered its premises in Lippo Centre (4th floor and its unit on the 8th floor) for
public tender. The Council is exercising its due diligence and managing risk to gain the best possible price for the property. The secretariat is planning to move to Wu Chung House early next year.

embers who tried voting electronically this week gave a lot of positive feedback and the Institute is continuing to
refine the system. The initial report from the independent auditors is positive, saying it is efficient and secure, with no leakage. Pending Council's decision, the e-voting system will be used in tandem with paper ballots in this year's Council elections.
