Revised HKFRS 1 and New Interpretations
The Institute has issued Revised HKFRS 1 First-time Adoption of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and two New Interpretations, HK(IFRIC)-Int 8 Scope of HKFRS 2 and HK(IFRIC)-Int 9 Reassessment of Embedded Derivatives. Go for e-filing of tax return
Institute members are invited by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue to furnish their tax return via the faster, easier and more convenient electronic filing system. Please click here for details.
Reminder

A full-day symposium on mergers and acquisitions in the Mainland, organised by the Institute and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, will take place on 26 May. Mainland government official, experienced professionals and investors will share on the topic.
The Institute has started accepting enrolments to the 2006 PRC CPA Uniform Examination (2006 年度中華人民共和國註冊會計師統一考試) from 21 April 2006. The enrolment deadline is 20 May 2006. Please click here for details.
