he Institute's annual dinner on 7 December saw a gathering of 1,000 CPAs and guests including top government officials and representatives of other professional bodies and corporations. The dinner theme "colour of success" revealed the profession's achievements in 2006. Click here for president's speech.

  Broaden tax base
