  Obituary
  ast president (1982) Thomas Clydesdale, aged 73, died 4 May. Tom joined Lowe Bingham & Matthews (now PwC) in 1959 and retired as senior partner in 1989. He was a LegCo member and president of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Tom was a formative influence on the Institute and kept his interest in the Institute throughout his life.
