The China forum series will start 19 Apr. (Sat) focusing on how the mainland's government is structured and how business works. The series will continue on three Saturdays (half days) on 17 May, 24 May and 7 June offering a total of 14 verifiable CPD hours. +

 

Last call for enrolment

Limited seats remain at the listing rules forum on 1 Apr. where representatives from the HKEx, a listed issuer and sponsor will speak on the proposed listing rules changes following a recent consultation. +


ORO invites bids
The Official Receiver's Office is inviting tenders by noon of 24 Apr. for appointments to complete preliminary examination in bankruptcy cases with contract periods lasting for 22 months from July 2008. +

KPMG in the U.S. is under fire in the collapse of the big subprime lender, New Century Financial, according to a recent report from the Justice Department, International Herald Tribune reports. +
