  Institute news
First faculty inaugurated

More than 100 faculty members and representatives from the government, judiciary and the insolvency sector attended the Institute's restructuring and insolvency faculty inaugural ceremony on 28 April. Click here to see photos and here to join the faculty.

 

Welcome new members!
Click here to see the photos of new members who were feted at a cocktail reception on 29 April. A total of 1,361 new members have joined the Institute since April 2007, extending the membership to more than 27,500.    

Impact of HKFRS convergence on listed companies

Hong Kong's listed company results under international accounting standards are similar to those reported from Europe. The European results were published in the Financial Times on 30 April and you can view the Hong Kong research commissioned by the Institute by clicking here.
