Summary report - accounting and horses
This year's annual report shows how our equestrian and accounting traditions have played a role in Hong Kong's social and economic development. It is a slight bow to our role as the host to the Beijing Olympics equestrian events. The summary financial report has been mailed to you early this week and the full report will be published later. Fair value measurement

IASB Expert Advisory Panel has issued a report on fair value measurement when markets become inactive. A staff summary on the same topic is also published.

Reclassification of financial assets

Ernst & Young has published two sets (part 1 and part 2) of "supplement to IFRS outlook" on amendments to IAS 39 and IFRS 7 – reclassification of financial assets.
