The current business environment continues to grow in complexity. Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited looks toward the Qualification Programme (QP) to deliver personnel with the skills to deal with such complexities.

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited has a long and proven track record in property development, with a portfolio covering both commercial and residential buildings. One of its latest projects, the new International Commerce Centre in Kowloon West, demonstrates today's sophisticated business solutions in satisfying market needs.

Mr. Barry Wong is the Audit Manager, Internal Audit Department of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. He has been an Authorized Supervisor (AS) for the last two years. One of his responsibilities is to nurture new staff members within his department. "Employees must embrace changes in the business world.   Module A (Financial Reporting)
Top prize winner Tam Wai Shing obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2004. He is now an accountant at KPMG.

Module C (Auditing and Information Management)
Top prize winner Lau Sin Ki, Carrol obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Toronto in 2005. She is now a staff accountant II at Ernst and Young.

Top prize winner Lee Tat Yeung obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006. He is now an accountant at KPMG.

  QP graduates who did not attend the annual award and graduation ceremony can collect their certificates on or before 31 December 2007 at the Institute's reception on 27/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.   Authorized employer/supervisor experience for membership admission  
  For admission to membership of the Institute, practical experience acquired on or after 1 January 2005 will only be counted if it is gained under an Institute-authorized employer or supervisor.

If you are not currently working under an authorized employer or authorized supervisor, please urge your employer or supervisor to apply for registration as an authorized employer/authorized supervisor with the Institute, so that your practical experience will be accepted for membership admission. There are two lengths of dash. The one you will come across most often is called the "en" dash ¡V (because it is as long as the letter n in the front you are using). The second dash is called an "em" dash ¡X (yes, because it is the same length as the letter m). Dashes can both link and separate, and may or may not have spaces around them.
