PROFESSIONAL INTEREST GROUPS

The HKICPA currently has five professional interest groups. The objectives of the interest groups are:

1. To provide an informal forum for members working in the same sector to exchange views and discuss matters of mutual professional interest and concerns;
2. To act as a resource group upon which the Council and the relevant Committee (if any) can draw on;
3. To provide a conduit for bringing to the attention of the Council particular concerns of its members in their respective industries; and
4. To provide professional development on areas specific to the interest of members of the Interest Group.

Taxation Interest Group	Taxation	Lunch / evening seminar Discussion forums and other events on topics of interest to tax practitioners dealing with tax matters Chatroom facility for its members to exchange views on tax related matters

Members who wish to join any of the above Professional Interest Groups, please complete the reply slip and return it to the Member & Corporate Services Department, by fax at 2803 4620. Members are welcome to join more than one interest group.
