- First part
- To subsidize 50% of the participation fees for exhibitors of exhibitions organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, with a cap of HK$10,000 per standard booth and 10 booths per exhibitor each time.
- Participants of the council's major conventions can also receive a subsidy equivalent to 50% of their participation fees, subject to a cap of HK$10,000 each time.
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) may apply in tandem for funding under the SME Export Marketing Fund to cover their participation fees on a matching basis.
- Second part
- To subsidize 100% of the venue rental without a cap for organisers of exhibitions and international conventions held at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre and AsiaWorld-Expo.
- Exhibitors can also apply for funding under the Export Marketing Fund to cover their participation fees.
- if an exhibition has been held in the two venues for the past five years, the organiser may submit an application two months before the event to obtain in advance a subsidy equivalent to 50% of venue rental. The remaining subsidy will be disbursed after completion of the exhibition.

Anti-epidemic Hardship Allowance
- To subsidize eligible property management companies/owners’ organizations to give each frontline property management worker a monthly “Anti-epidemic Hardship Allowance” of HK$1,000 for four months (February to May 2020), subject to a cap of six headcounts per eligible building block.
- The cap of a property is the sum of the headcounts of the eligible building blocks therein.
Anti-epidemic Cleansing Subsidy
- A lump sum “Anti-epidemic Cleansing Subsidy” of HK$2,000 to each eligible property managemet companies/owners’ organizations for every eligible building block.
- Each eligible private residential/composite building block will be eligible for an extra subsidy of $2,000 under the Enhanced ASPM (i.e. a total of $4,000). The amount of the "ACS" given to each eligible industrial/commercial building block will double that for each private residential/composite building block (i.e. a total of $8,000 during the entire subsidised period under the Enhanced ASPM).
- The total subsidy for a property is the sum of the subsidy for the eligible building blocks therein.
