Friendly reminder – Annual signing off of your training record
|
It’s time to wrap up your 2025 achieved professional competences and skills in your training record! Please arrange for your Counselor/AS to review and sign off by 31 January 2026* for professional and personal growth. You can find the steps of recording your achieved professional competences and skills through the online system from our Practical Experience Framework webpage.
* The sign off date of the training record can be scheduled according to your specific appraisal or review date but it is required to sign off at least once a year.

The transitional arrangement for the legacy Practical Experience Framework (PE Framework) ended on 31 December 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, students can refer to our previous communication linked here for guidance.
For students who have completed the QP with sufficient practical experience for membership admission, please remember to submit your membership applications on or before 2 March 2026.
