quarter of Hong Kong parents think their kids don't spend enough time at play, even though the majority say play has a positive effect on their child's development, according to the survey results released by the Institute on 5 December. The Institute commissioned the survey in advance of its annual community event, PlayStreet, this Sunday, 10 December at Chater Road.
