A new China forum series, comprising four half days in Saturdays of 19 Apr., 17 May, 24 May and 7 Jun., will cover mainland tax, accounting, legal and investment issues. Prominent speakers from the mainland government and accounting firms will speak on important topics. +

 

Forum on listing rules

Come join the forum co-hosted by corporate finance interest group and professional accountants in business committee on 1 Apr. to study the implications of the proposed listing rules changes following the HKEx's recent consultation. Speakers include representatives from the HKEx, listed issuer, sponsor, investor and legal adviser. +


Goldies Club
The Goldies Club for retired partners and senior members will meet again on 23 Apr. at the Hong Kong Club to discuss Sarbanes-Oxley Act and its effect on U.S. capital markets. +
