Members' handbook update 145 contains amendment to SME-FRF & SME-FRS (Revised) clarifying non-exempt disclosure requirements of the new Companies Ordinance for qualifying entities.

Zhonghui Anda has published an update to summarize requirements of the revised SME-FRF & FRS. +
