Skills & experiences:

Mr Li has extensive work experience in auditing, accounting and corporate finance. Prior to joining Zhonghui Anda, he worked in one of the Big Four firms and subsequently held various senior finance positions in the commercial sector. Mr Li is sophisticated in serving clients engaging in property development, logistic and transportation services, trading and exploration of natural resources, manufacturing and retailing of consumer goods, as well as state-owned enterprise and conglomerates. Meanwhile, he also possessed well vested experiences in handling pre-initial public offering case and similar fund-raising activities from both issuer, reporting accountant, buy or sell side’s perspective. He has exposure in dealing with overseas stock exchange like NYSE, TSX and KOSDAQ.
