The seminar "Regulations against Insider Dealing – from preventative to proactive " on 15 Jan will discuss the definition of insider dealing, related regulatory policies and misunderstandings that may lead to insider dealing.


The seminar "An Update On Cross Border Tax Issues" on 17 Jan will discuss cross border secondment arrangement in relation to the new tax guidelines, simplification of tax clearance and forex procedures for Hong Kong companies, and the latest developments on claiming tax treaty relief.


The seminar "Real Challenges of China Tax Resident Enterprise Rules " on 10 Feb will revisit the relevant provisions and their applications in recent years, as well as to analyze the potential implications and to suggest necessary improvements to mitigate risk on non-compliance..
