Ms Fong has a strong international background and extensive experience in providing accounting, assurance and consulting services for public and private companies. She has proven experience in ESG advisory services and in leading initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the United States. Ms Fong has also led and advised on numerous substantial transactions including acquisitions, disposals and privatization of Hong Kong listed companies and registrants with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States. Her clients are primarily in the technology, media and telecommunications sector.
