Skills & experiences:

Mr. Cheng received his training and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in London, UK. He returned to Hong Kong in 1995 and became a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (Practising) of HKICPA. He specializes in corporate audits and has extensive experience in auditing companies in different industries, most especially financial services industry.

As Chairman of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng and Council member of HLB International, Mr. Cheng leads the firm by formulating strategies that contribute to the continual growth of the firm.

Mr. Cheng has been elected Council member of the Institute since 2011. He has been taking up positions in various committees of the Institute and other public services.
