The convenor of the Athletics Interest Group has some advice on scenic routes to get yourself comfortable for the 3km Fun Run or 10km race of CPA Virtual Run 2021.

Warm up tips
Special thanks to Mr. John Yu for the warm up and racing tips. We wish our runners all the best and achieve improvement on their personal best record. Remember to stay hydrated during the run as weather is likely humid and hot in April and May.
Fighting COVID-19
The CPA Virtual Run is aimed at encouraging members to stay active despite the COVID-19 pandemic. It is important to run in an injury-free and infection-free manner. Please seek medical advices from professionals to make sure you are aware of your body condition during the run. In addition, please remember to:
- Bring your mask, and wear it before and after running.

Keep safe social distance at all the time during your run.
Injury Free
- It is important to set a reasonable target finish time and train yourself gradually.

Please make sure you warm-up before running and do sufficient stretching and cool down exercises afterwards.

Cross training and sufficient rest are also important to build your muscles.
