- The following four types of holders of relevant food licences –
- General restaurant;
- Light refreshment restaurant;
- Marine restaurant; and
- Factory canteen.
Level of Subsidy
- Each holder of the relevant food licences in operation is eligible for a one-off subsidy according to the licensed area of its premises
- Not exceeding 100m2: HK$100,000
- >100m2 – 200m2: HK$200,000
- >200m2 – 400m2: HK$300,000
- >400m2 – 700m2: HK$400,000
- >700m2: HK$500,000
*To be disbursed in 2 equal tranches

- Application details have been uploaded to the Social Welfare Department (SWD) website. Successful applicants of Phase 1 (Scheme I) and/or Phase 2 (Scheme II) will be notified of Scheme III through short message service. Eligible applicants may apply for Scheme III through completing and mailing the application forms to the SWD direct for processing. For new applicants, completed application forms are to be submitted to the SWD through the subvented welfare service units concerned.
