Payment and Product Availability:
- The Eligible Customer(s) agree to pay the full amount in advance for the ordered product(s).
- Payment can only be made by online payment, bank cheque or bank transfer.
- Proof of payment should be provided to corporate.sales@lanecrawford.com.hk/.
- Once payment is received, an order confirmation email will be sent to the Eligible Customer(s).
- Refunds and exchanges are not available. In the event that certain product(s) from the order are out of stock, the Eligible Customer(s) will be notified and will have the option to choose alternative products from the provided product list. The value of the replacement products must be equal to or less than the value of the unavailable item(s). If the value of the replacement products exceeds the value of the unavailable item(s), Eligible Customer(s) will be required to settle the outstanding amount before shipment arrangements are made.
Excluded Transactions:
- This Promotion is only applicable to orders for selected corporate gifting merchandise as designated by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion.
- This Promotion is not applicable to purchase of Lane Crawford Gift Cards and selected excluded merchandises including but not limited to Jellycat and Lane Crawford Advent Calendar(s).
- Purchase of the excluded merchandises will not be counted towards the spending threshold.

Other Terms & Conditions:
- The account registered at corporate.lanecrawford.com is not linked with your existing Lane Crawford Privilege Programme.
- Lane Crawford Privilege Programme bonus rewards points cannot be accumulated for all purchases made under this Promotion and Lane Crawford Corporate Gift Website.
- The use of Lane Crawford Gift Card will not be applicable for the Lane Crawford Corporate Gift Website.
