HKICPA Business Case Competition 2023

For over 20 years, the HKICPA Business Case Competition has welcomed tertiary students with diverse educational backgrounds from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau to compete for attractive cash prizes and internship opportunities. The competition connects students to test their academic competencies and business knowhow to solve real-life challenges and exercise their skillsets while simultaneously cultivating their professional judgement and enhance their global perspectives.

In 2022, the competition received tremendous support with around 1,700 students and 423 business proposals from approximately 70 institutions. We have built a platform for students to gain new inspiration and expand their toolboxes. Students participated were all provided with valuable life-time experiences.

This year, the competition's business case study focuses on the Digital Entertainment Industry. Finalist teams from Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau will have their final round of competition respectively on 25 November in Hong Kong and 2 December in Guangzhou.

To help you understand the case and learn how to showcase your innovative ideas, we have invited professionals to introduce the case questions, and share their insights and advice on business ethics and developing winning proposals. Please click on the following topics to view their recordings from the webinar held on 14 September 2023.
