Please fill in the order form and OSIM will confirm stock availability and provide payment methods (Bank Transfer, PayMe, or FPS only) via email within 2 working days of receiving the form. Upon receipt of payment, delivery will be arranged within 10 to 14 working days (except for out-of-stock items). Once payment is confirmed, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances (except for out-of-stock items).
