Access to the library

Members and registered students of the Institute and HKIAAT are entitled to use the Institute's library services (the "Authorized Users").

To access the library, please show your member or student identification and sign-in on arrival. By signing-in and gaining access to the Library, users agree to comply with Terms of usage of the library.

Computers and Internet

The library provides free access to computers to access electronic resources and the internet. Wi-Fi connectivity for laptops and other mobile devices is also available throughout the library.

Workstation for access to on-site electronic resources

There is a workstation designated for accessing our on-site databases and other subscribed electronic resources.

Photocopying

A photocopying service is available at a charge of HK$1.00 per A4 page in black and white. Authorized Users must observe all relevant copyright laws when photocopying or otherwise reproducing any library materials.

Study Room

Study room will be opened three weeks prior to examinations. During this revision period, the opening hours of the library and study room will be extended on weekdays.
